Quality Management is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous assurance and improvements in information technology products and services by developing, documenting and maintaining a comprehensive quality management program.

  • All our European production sites are certified according to ISO 9001/14001We are certified according to ISO 9001/14001 at all European production sites. Our aim is the maintenance of this certification at the following locations: Neuhausen (CH), Elgeba (GER), Berlin (GER)

  • We improve and rework our processes and standards in quality and quality assurance.

  • We improve our quality management system by developing new and better measurements   to continuously improve processes and products.

  • More transparency established for our customers using the method RAM:
    Reliability, availability and maintainability are three system attributes, which are of enormous importance for system engineers, logisticians and users. Together they influence the economic life cycle costs of a system and its benefits.

  • Improvement of quality assurance by the FMEA method:
    Failure Mode and Effects Analysis is a very structured, systematic technique for error analysis. It is the first step in a system reliability study.

ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
ISO 14001:2004 is applicable to any organization that wishes to establish, implement, maintain and improve an environmental management system, to assure itself of conformity with its stated environmental policy, and to demonstrate conformity with ISO 14001:2004.
